Thanks to the Dropbox integration you can easily manage, import and export your sets and have real-time backup of your precious custom sets.
Don’t know what Dropbox is? It’s one of the best services to share files in the world! Check it out here

To start, let’s turn on the Dropbox integration.

Turn on Dropbox on Actions

On your iPad, open the Set Library (swipe 3 fingers top to bottom) then tap the gear icon to reveal the Settings Panel

Actions Settings Panel

In the Settings Panel you can find the Dropbox toggle, properly named.
Turn it ON, then tap authorize on the pop-up message.

Actions - Enable Dropbox Sync

You will be now requested with your Dropbox' login credentials if the Dropbox app is not installed on your iPad, differently you will be switched to Dropbox app for authorization.

Add your details or just tap "Allow", depending from your case.

Now Actions has created a new folder in your Dropbox folder where all your Sets are stored. Each time you create a new Set in Actions or you modify an existing one, Actions updates the files in the cloud.

Import/Export Sets using Dropbox

First, head to Actions’ folder inside Dropbox folder on your system. You can find it under:

Dropbox > Apps > ActionsApp

The ActionsApp folder contains your sets grouped by OS, so you could find “MacSets” if you are a Mac user, “WindowsSets” if you are a Windows user, or both if you are working with both systems.

If you purchased Flows, you will also find "MacFlows" or "WinFlows".

To import a set, just make sure that the file extension is correct for your OS (.acts for Mac and .actw for Windows) and drag it to the MacSets or WindowsSets folder.
After a few seconds you will see the imported set appear in the Set Library.
