getting actions to respond

I had just recently downloaded actions, but when I did everything it asked me to do I get this sentence stating that "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding, and when I open the application on my iPad nothing works, so I don't know what to do in order to get it to work in sync with my iPad. I've followed all the steps to get it setup and start working but nothing works.

My bet from your description is that you haven’t actually connected your iPad and you Mac (i assume you are using Mac as you talk about Safari, but maybe you are referring to Safari in your iPad)
