Downloaded your software last night while and home and everyting worked great.

I am using an iPad Mini w/ my MacBook Pro. When I got into the office this morning and connected to the company Wifi the connection between these devices still works just fine.

My question is this. My work computer is a PC and I followed the instructions for connecting to my PC including downloading the latest version of iTunes and cant seem to establish any connection to the PC even when my MacBook pro is asleep.

I understand that it would be impractical/pointless to connect to 2 devices simultaneously but is there any reason I couldn't selectively connect to either my PC or my MacBook Pro with the iPad App???

Or is the iPad always looking for whatever computer you initially connected it to....

Hello Mitch,

thanks for writing in.

Actions is able to connect to as many computer as you would like, just one at a time.
Also, if you are connected to your Mac, but your PC is on and with Actions Server running, you should see you PC’s name in the computer list, in network panel.

So, I would say the problem here is with your PC in particular. In this case I suggest to give a quick read to the connection troubleshooting to see if helps.

This way we are sure you didn’t forget anything and I can exclude some paths.
If it doesn’t, please let me know what OS you are running (XP, Vista, 7 or 8)
