Can not purchase Keyboard

I am a Canadian user and just download actions app on my iPad and my Mac. I wish the purchase the keyboard in app. But failed several times. I check my itune account and payment method there is no problem. So I would like to know what could be the issue. Thank you

• Did you receive an error message? In this case, what did it say?
