Connection Dropping + Have to manually disconnect on MacBook

I am experiencing connection errors every so often and the most annoying thing about it is that I have to get up and disconnect the iPad from Actions Server manually.

I would find it amazing if this would be automatic, for example that the server checks every so often if the iPad is still there and if not just marks it disconnected.

Hello Chris,

I’m sorry you are experiencing this problems.

Actions is already programmed to connect and reconnect automatically when the connection is dropped.
When this is not happening, it’s probably due to the network (hence router quality and/or firewall settings)

Please try and check if you find the same issues while connected to a different wifi.


p.s. Anyway, we are working on a completely new Actions Server which will work around many current network issues.
